Just a quick blog to let you know that all the photos taken over the last month are now available! There are a lot… we didn’t have time to sort them out first. You may get a bit tortoised-out.
We’re off trekking now in a couple of national parks (Popayata & Cotopaxi) so will be off the radar for a little while, apart from the spots which we shall keep coming through. Please keep your fingers crossed for us that the weather clears up. Its horrid out there at the moment so we’re hoping that we don’t have too many wet nights in the tent!

The Globetrotters' Great Escape 
Well well, weather is not getting better I see but I hope you will not become little froggies overnight. Enjoy your trips and if you get higher than the Mont Blanc again Fabrice don’t forget what you have to do !!. Here it’s cold and grey but we are happy to be home again, Quito is definitely too high for me. Going back to work was not so difficult but coming home in the mess we left last night is going to be rather upsetting… It was so great to see you both in good health and happy with your lives. Temperature in Marshfield Sth Glos. now 21st June at 5.12pm is – 2l.6 c – and sunny.In Bath today it was 23.0 and everyone looking happy for a change. Hope you get similar soon. As in Geneva it has been cold here too. Hoping to get a photo of my favourite tortoise one of these days! Have fun. Love Valerie

back in quito today and it seems like the rainy season might finally be over! Fingers crossed! We will send you a copy of your favorite tortoise as soon as we can get to a speedy computer!
Enjoy the sunshine! We-re back off to over 4000 meters so I reckon we will have our woolly hats on by tonight!
